Description

If adventure and the outdoors is your thing - zip lining and water skiing is how you want to spend your summer vacation, then this is the job for you.
The position of Waskwanderer offers the opportunity to visit member properties throughout the Waskesiu and Area Wilderness Region promoting the Your Unforgettable North campaign. You must be proficient in all social media outlets and also not be afraid of the camera as you will be in front of it.  The position brings a new adventure everyday exploring all the outdoor and indoor adventures located in Big River, Lakelands, Elk Ridge Resort and PA National Park.
As a member of the WWR team you will be working with a social media director on a daily basis to plan your outings and adventures. This position requires a person with energy and enthusiasm as it can be on occasions, physically challenging. You should possess a good eye with the camera. You should like to travel and experience the arts, culture, camping, golfing, boating, waterskiing and good food.
The position requires a person who works within deadlines and can turn over product in a timely manner. Excellent writing and creativity skills are required as the successful candidate will be required to produce content on a weekly basis for the internet site and social media sites.  Experience in creating story boards for your visits is also a required skill you should possess. You are responsible for transportation to and from member properties while travelling throughout the Region.
