Description

The successful applicant will provide clinical Family Physician services to the residents of Arcola and surrounding communities, including services to satellite clinics in SCHR where required and on call emergency coverage with other physicians as required. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, and on call is shared on a 1:4 rotation.

The offer to the successful applicant will be conditional upon:
-obtaining and maintaining applicable licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS), and;
-obtaining and maintaining legal entitlement to work in Canada, and compliance with applicable immigration provisions as outlined by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) where needed, and;
-successful credentialing and appointment with SCHR (including but not limited to 3 acceptable reference checks and an acceptable criminal record check with vulnerable sector check), and;
-signing of a Contract with Moose Mountain Health Care Corporation (MMHCC), and;
-obtaining and maintaining CMPA medical coverage and;  
-compliance with SCHRs Practitioner Staff Bylaws and SCHR Policies and Procedures, and;
-attending designated SCHR Physician orientation sessions, and;
-possession of a valid class 5 Saskatchewan drivers license.
