The Fund Development Coordinator will be an ambitious and driven candidate, who is highly motivated and thrives in a self-directed role. The Fund Development Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on existing current processes and procedure for receiving association-wide donations. Once reporting is complete, the Coordinator will create new systems and processes using a donor data management system. In addition, the Coordinator will be responsible for working with various departments and various staff at different leadership levels. The Coordinator will be responsible for implementing new systems and training.
Qualifications:
-Post-Secondary Student (enrolled as a full-time student for the 2017 18 academic year)
* Between the age of 15 30 years of age
-Demonstrated understanding of administrative processes and procedures
-Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
-Able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent professional deportment with ability to maintain composure when managing multiple conflicting priorities for multiple stakeholders
-Ability to provide in-depth research and analysis in support of organizational initiatives
-Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and analytical abilities; proactive in anticipating needs, potential problems and adept at mitigating risk
-Exhibits sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction
-Self-directed, demonstrated ability to work effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance
-Must be able to work Monday to Friday
-Working from a feminist, anti-oppressive / anti-racist perspective
-Proficiency with MS Office Applications including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook, experience with HTML/CSS and JAVASCRIPT a strong asset
