Adecco is currently recruiting for an experienced Bookkeeper on behalf of our client in North Battleford. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day accounting processes and procedures of the branch including A/P, A/R and Payroll. The incumbent must have advanced skills in QuickBooks, MS Office and the ability to problem solve while maintaining accuracy.
Job responsible for the Office Accounting Administrator include, but at not limited to:
- Manage general ledger
- Assist Controller in financial reporting
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Process bi-weekly payroll
- Complete bank deposits and reconciliations
- General administrative duties
Qualifications include:
- 5 years + experience in an accounts administrative role
- Excellent skills in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience running an office handling purchasing of office supplies, negotiating with vendors, and managing contracts
