Condition of Employment
-Consent to a background check in order to qualify as a gaming employee
-Obtain and maintain a gaming employee Certificate of Registration from the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA)
-19 years of age or older

Other Information
-Irregular hours including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays
-Could be exposed to high noise levels and sharp objects
- Congested workplace
-Steam /heat / moisture (grills, ovens, fryers, boiling water, hot pans & plates up to 500F)
-Chemical substances (cleaners, detergents)
-Slippery floors
-Standing / Walking (continual except for breaks)
-Repetitive motion/coordination of fine / coarse movements
-Lifting, up to 50lbs

MAIN DUTIES:
Seasoning and cooking food in a wide variety of preparations. Carrying out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance. Strictly following established processes and standards for safe food production and handling.  Other related tasks as required to produce quality meals for Casino guests.
