The Crusher foreman provides leadership and is responsible for, although not limited to: scheduling,workface planning, coordinating, supervising, assisting in cost control and ensuring the safety,consistent and fair application of all Labour Relations policies and procedures, proper training and productivity of crews. As a key participant in the relationship with the contractor, other contractors, company and client, the Crusher foreman generally has multiple years experience.
The Crusher foreman has the following specific areas of responsibility: site contractor meetings,control costs, manpower, daily assignments, and to meet the terms and conditions to be employed on a Cameco Mine site.
Qualifications
o Powered Mobile Equipment Adequate time on similar equipment or set ups (Class 5 License. 1A would be an asset)
o Computer Skills (email, word, excel)
o OH&S Level 1, Level 2
o SCSA Safety Management
o SCSA Leadership for Safety Excellence
o SCSA WHIMS-Train-the-Trainer
o Level A First Aid
