David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Office Manager in Prince Albert. This is a diverse and exciting role that is integral within the Association, and requires someone who is entrepreneurial in spirit.

The Ideal Candidate:

You have earned an administrative diploma or certificate and demonstrate 3 to 5 years of office support experience. You are an excellent communicator with a positive and energetic attitude. You have a diverse administrative skill set and demonstrate competency with all aspects of running an office and supporting and working with a team  both virtually and in person. You work well independently and have the maturity to work with minimal supervision and display a keen sense of initiative, direction, and responsibility. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite is a must.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the Executive Director you will manage schedules, plan meetings and appointments, book travel arrangements for executive management, board members and guests
Create, manage, and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
General organization and management of the office: supplies, mail, couriers, staff communication
Communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, etc.
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations and proposals as required
Plan, market and carry out special events and membership meetings
As needed provide support to leadership working remotely
Consistently meet deadlines and manage an eclectic workload in a busy office
