David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit an Inside Sales / Contract Administrator in Regina, SK.
Our client is looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual to join their customer focused Inside Sales team as an Inside Sales / Contract Administrator. In this exciting role you will be responsible for completing the full sales process, from providing timely and competitive quotes to following up with customers on order progress, this individual is the main point of contact for our client's customers.
The Role:
Engage with existing and potential clients to expand the business client base working with outside sales and management personnel
Maintain strong relationship and work closely with Operations Manager to track order progress
Responsible for the full sales procedure including initial quotation through to pre-sale and post-sale support
Deliver outstanding customer service for all aspects including but not limited to coordinating design reviews, facilitating factory tours and ensuring to follow all shop safety procedures to enhance the customer experience
Actively take part in training seminars to broaden sales knowledge within the company
The Ideal Candidate:
Post-secondary education in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science or Electrical Technologist preferred
3+ years' inside sales experience with a proven track record of success
Remarkable client management, trouble-shooting and the ability to resolve complications
Knowledge and experience with CRM systems
Exceptional time management abilities with the capability to work well under pressure
Strong communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Able to make decisions and work independently
High level of teamwork and collaboration
