Description

Headquartered in Prince Albert, the Provincial Training Officer is responsible for the delivery of a variety of wildland fire suppression, pre-suppression, preparedness and safety training courses for the Wildfire Management Branch.
The competencies for this position would typically be developed through successful completion of a diploma in Forest Ecosystem Technology or Integrated Resource Management, and/or a certificate in Adult Education along with experience in wildland firefighting and field training.
This position will be required to travel to remote locations to conduct work activities.
