Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for a part-time Hardware Clerk at our Prince Albert Home and Agro Centre. We are looking for an applicant who has strong merchandising and shipping/receiving skills.
Primary Job Functions
Provide prompt personalized Legendary customer service to all of our members and guests. Assist in the organizing, loading and delivery of orders. Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment. Maintain equipment. Provide information and assist on all inquiries. Thank all customers for visiting the store and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.
Required Skills
-Outstanding interpersonal skills
-Solid experience in providing excellent customer service
-Ability to organize, load and deliver orders to customers
-Attentive to detail and able to remain calm under pressure
-Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends
-Must be punctual and self-motivated
Desired Skills/Experience
Hardware/lumber/construction/estimating and/or retail experience would be an asset but training is provided to all new employees.
Reporting:
Reports to the Hardware Manager.
