To manage & oversee daily operations of the Terrace Cafe; provide efficient and professional service to guests, ensuring a safe & comfortable environment for employees & customers, have a good relationship with suppliers to obtain highest quality at the lowest cost; povide in-house banquet service as needed; and work as a team with the managment & department leaders.
