Prairie Meats LP is looking to add a VP of Marketing and Customer Experience to our Senior Leadership team.  Serving as an integral member of the team, this individual will be responsible for the development of our marketing and service level plan, the engagement and direction of the retail and sales divisions, company communication and engagement, and championing the customer experience. The VP Marketing and Customer Experience will provide a focused view of the customer in the marketing actions and strategies that Prairie Meats LP needs to take.

The successful candidate needs to have proven analytical and marketing attribution skills and experience at senior management level.  The encumbant will also need to manage a budget, expenses, margins, contribution, and growth in sales volume, have excellent communication skills, have an ability to establish, mentor and train a strong team of employees to achieve goals that positively impact the company.  He/She must have proven experience in developing and managing sales and marketing programs (strong brand and customer experience), have proven experience in project management, have a minimum of 10 years experience in the marketing field with substantial experience at the senior executive leadership level, and successful completion of a recognized sales, marketing, commerce or business administration degree.  Completion of an MBA or MSc Management/Marketing would be considered an asset.  A valid driving license is required as we have locations in both Saskatoon and Regina that will need to be visited.
