Element Technical Services is a full service hydraulic fracturing, stimulation and coil service company.  We pride ourselves on our people and consider our seasoned and innovative team to be the best in the business.  We are currently accepting applications for the following:

The Shop Coordinator will work directly with the Mechanics, Field Staff and Parts Coordinator providing
guidance to the Shop Team on repairs, maintenance of equipment and responding to shop enquiries.  Demonstrating expertise in the areas of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions and advanced electronic controls. Reporting to the Operations Manager the Shop Coordinator will provide input and guidance for the Shop environment, inventory updates, recommendations for improvements and contribute as part of the Element Technical Services Team!

Responsibilities:
    Guide a Team of Technicians and Mechanics building and repairing a variety of custom power equipment
    Ability to troubleshoot maintenance requirements of custom built diesel engines/transmissions including CAT, Cummins etc.
    Responsible for scheduling repairs and regular maintenance of all equipment ensuring highest productivity output
    Ability to prioritize scheduling repairs reducing downtime and maximize shop efficiencies
    Provide general guidance and assist in identifying and sourcing parts from various suppliers for ordering
    Ability to advise on part usage as requested by Mechanics and Field Staff
    Other duties as the position continues to be developed


Qualifications:
    Understanding of various parts and equipment required to maintain consistent operations
    Knowledge of materials handling and storage of various items
    Knowledge of Fracturing and Coil Tubing industry
    Prior industry experience and understanding of position requirements
     Parts Technician course completion an asset but not a requirement
    Valid Class 5 drivers license and satisfactory driving record
