INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is looking for passionate and hardworking cooks.
Job duties responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
Food preparation and production for a restaurant according to the menu specification
Maintain a clean work area including kitchen equipment
Order supplies for production as required
Organize food storage, supplies and making sure kitchen tools are in their proper place
Ability to work quickly with minimal supervision.
Estimate food cost and determine size of food portions
Several years experience as a commercial cook
Effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle stress well during peak times where there is high volume of orders
Strong communication skills and knows how to adapt with other people
