Deveraux Developments and our related group companies are involved in the development, construction and management of properties and multi-unit residential complexes. Based in Regina, Deveraux offers clients a wide range of construction services and builds projects of varying complexities, designs and sizes. Deveraux is seeking to hire full time receptionist/accounts payable clerk.
Key responsibilities:
Answering and directing all incoming calls, greet clients and process incoming and outgoing couriers
Typing and mailing outgoing client correspondence, including inter-office correspondence
Calendar management, including scheduling appointments and meetings
Assisting all team members as requested and required
Accounts Payable processing
Reconciliations
Posting accounting entries through Quickbooks
Filing of documents
Administrative and clerical support
Overseeing office organization and cleanliness
Assisting all team members as requested and required
Skills and knowledge:
Exceptional customer service, time management and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong proof-reading skills
Able to work independently and in a team oriented environment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced professional environment
Deadline driven
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel)
