Must have at least 2 years experience in cleaning. Must be knowledgeable in using auto scrubbers, swing machines, carpet machines etc. Manage client requests, including proper follow up to ensure satisfaction and completion.
Manage and organize all work required to ensure work completed in a timely manner.
Manage all work orders.
Support and actively manage all your accounts.
Hold employees accountable for the work performed, provide coaching and maintain consistent janitorial maintenance.
Submit timesheets on time each pay period.
Ensure that employee safety is a priority. Report all injuries to the office immediately and submit all required paperwork within 24 hours.
Hire and re-train employees as needed.
After 6 months employment a benefit package will be offered.
