The ABILITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES BY BEA FISHER is in need of a TEAM LEAD for our RESIDENTIAL DIVISION at Saskatchewan Home 4.

Our candidate must be service oriented, flexible, patient, and caring.  Experience working with people with disabilities, including various behaviors would be an asset.

This position?s primary responsibilities include direct care, administration, and assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the Group Home.  Flexibility in shifts required to accommodate individuals? needs.

Average 38 hours per week, Monday-Friday, flexibility to meet client needs required.  On Call availability.  

Qualifications:   Disabilities Studies or Rehab Diploma preferred (Equivalencies considered).
Personal Care responsibilities may be required.
Behavior Management experiences an asset.
Valid First Aid/CPR certificate.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
Leadership experiences an asset.
Valid Class 5 Driver?s License and vehicle required.
