The Saskatchewan Safety Council is currently accepting applications for a Community Relations Coordinator. We expect high performance, teamwork, and results. As a self-motivated employee you will provide high energy leadership in partner experience, and communications. While building on existing partner relations, you will identify opportunities to foster new partnerships.
You will be required to:
- Coordinate the delivery of the provincial Early Safety Training Program
- Represent the Saskatchewan Safety Council at events and tradeshows
- create and maintain excellent relationships with our partners
- develop targeted promotional materials
- maintain strong knowledge base of Council programs
- generate sponsorship to support community activities
Effective public speaking, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and time management skills are essential to the position. The candidate must enjoy travelling throughout the province, be willing to commit to travel outside of Regina and flexible hours. A valid Saskatchewan drivers license, a good driving record and a reliable vehicle are necessary. Successful candidate will be required to provide a drivers abstract and criminal record check.
The Community Relations Coordinator position is a full time, permanent position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Funded through donations, membership contributions, sponsorship's, grants, and the distribution of its safety programs and materials, the revenues generated by the Safety Council are invested within the province of Saskatchewan to further promote safety.
