Description

Performance Expectations
Obtain and analyze all necessary mandate information
Compile, review and analyze data
Prepare schedules, reports, cash flows and other documents pertinent to the department
Respond to queries from various stakeholders
Demonstrate practical decision making
As appropriate, work with clients and creditors both on the phone and in-person
Attend professional development courses, seminars, workshops and meetings on a regular basis
Identify and initiate relevant courses for self-development
Take initiative to share learning experiences and new acquired knowledge with team members
Liaise with external and internal team members and ensure client information is processed in an accurate and timely fashion and according to pre-defined milestones
Promote MNP insolvency and advisory services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities

Credentials
Possess an undergraduate business degree and/or diploma; combination of advanced post-secondary training and relevant professional experience would be considered and asset
Basic accounting and financial analysis would be considered an asset
Experience in a professional services industry is ideal
Experience using Ascend software would be considered an asset
Completion or willingness to complete the Insolvency Administrator Course and Insolvency Counselling course
Willingness to pursue the Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) designation and Licensed Insolvency Trustee license
Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Prezi, Excel and PowerPoint
Travel will be required
