Description

The supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of 2708 YPSH.
The mandate is to empower the clientele to make positive choices that will help lead them
towards self-sufficiency while ensuring contract obligations are met.

?    Responsible for the general day-to-day operation of the 2708 YPSH;
?    Staff supervision, coaching and leadership;
?    Administrative duties as requested by the Manager
?    Staff Schedule, ensuring proper 24/7 coverage of home;
?    Ensure homes are  maintained in a safe, clean and orderly manner;
?    Statistical data and reporting;
?    All licensing and inspections, ensuring everything is up to code;
?    Purchasing of supplies (can be delegated);
?    Liaise with the Ministry of Social Services;
?    Ensure policies are adhered to as per contract with the Ministry of Social Services;
?    Statistical tracking and reporting
?    Administrative support
?    Other duties as requested




Qualifications:

?    Post-secondary education and/or previous experience working with youth.
?    Early childhood development education or experience  
?    Previous supervisory experience.
?    Knowledge of referral agencies.
?    Open minded and willing to learn.
?    Caring and compassionate attitude.
