Kindersley Airspray is accepting applications for an office manager administrator for a growing Aerial Application company based out of West Central Saskatchewan. We would be looking for someone to start April 2017 and position would end October 2017, with the possibility of it extending into a permanent position.
Responsibilities:
-Perform administrative, operational and general office duties (answering phones, taking bookings, customer service)
-Process accounts receivable/accounts payable/general accounting
-Prepare communication materials
-Administrative support to office team
Qualifications:
- Possess an Administrative Certificate/Diploma, or equivalent experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of bookkeeping
- Data entry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, and attention to detail
- An agriculture background is considered an asset
A strong commitment to customer service and public relations is essential to this position.
Salary will be negotiable and will reflect the combination of qualifications and work experience
