We require a short term resource for an existing project team, to contribute to the successful implementation of a new solution.
Key tasks include:
i. Lead role in defining technical requirements for the import of assets and asset
location information from Access into the existing Enterprise One system.
ii. Review existing asset and asset location data structure within Enterprise One and work
with internal resources to integrate new data with existing data in Enterprise One.
iii. Lead role in defining asset data entry forms based upon standard Enterprise One
forms as well as equipment Maintenance and Measurement forms (approximately 20)
for imported and existing assets and some existing Enterprise one data.
iv. Lead role in defining required reports in Enterprise One based on business
requirements provided.
v. Define setup and configuration of impacted Enterprise One Asset Lifecycle
Management modules to ensure there is no conflict with existing utilization, configuration
and setup.
vi. Lead role in establishing ongoing processes around the dynamic information that
will be collected by field Instrument technicians to be housed within Enterprise One,
including work management and asset performance and measurement data.
vii. Assist Solution Architect in defining the detailed solution architecture.
viii. Provide expertise to Project Solution Architect to define interface specifications for
scheduling and work order integration between Enterprise One and the Viziya work flow
application.
ix. Provide detailed plan to develop and implement the above within the Enterprise One
System.
x. Provide documentation of the above work as required.
Required skills and experience include: Asset management life cycle module, Enterprise One, JD Edwards and Viziya.
