Duties and Responsibilities:
- Erect scaffolding and ladders for application of materials to structures above ground level;
- Read sketches and blueprints to calculate materials required;
- Install specified insulation to exterior surfaces according to blueprint specifications;
- Install guide wires to indicate thickness of materials to be used and nail wire mesh, lath, and brick ties to hold materials in place;
- Cut and trim bricks, concrete blocks, and stone to construct of repair walls and other structures in residential and/or commercial structures;
- Lay bricks or other masonry unite to build residential fireplaces;
- Lay bricks or other masonry units to build patios, garden walls and other decorative installation;
- Wear person safety equipment required for specific tasks;
- Clean and keep in good repair all construction tools and equipment.
EXPERIENCE: Min. 5 YEARS and more
