We are looking for someone who is:
- self-motivated, professional and has attention to detail.
- knowledge of the automobile industry or has interest in learning.
- has basic knowledge of computer skills including Microsoft Office.

A) Responsibilities - Parts & Service Department:
- Parts & Service Data Entry.
- Repair Orders for Warranty Data Entry.
- Customer File Maintenance Data Entry and Maintenance.
- Customer Service Experience Follow-up.
- Service Appointment Notification.
B) Responsibilities Accounting & Sales:
- Processing Vehicle files.
- Update and Management of Customer Files in Dealer Software System.
- Accounting Responsibilities in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory.
- Reception Duties as Required.
- Other Duties as Required.
