North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewans leading home builder, is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Quality Assurance, the purpose of the Quality Assurance Inspector position is to support the effective and efficient execution of North Ridges Quality Assurance program. This position is responsible for conducting inspections to ensure that the home meets North Ridges standards. This position is an on-call, casual position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections upon completion of houses and condos to identify quality assurance issues to be resolved at turnover.
Record all deficiencies.
Re-inspect houses and/or condos, as necessary, to follow up on previous Quality Assurance inspections.
Identify potential problems regarding design or construction and bring forward to the Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Assurance Coordinator.
Attend special interest training sessions as offered.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience and Skills Required:
Experience in the home building/construction industry preferred.
Must be extremely organized and have a high attention to detail.
Must have own transportation.
Professional demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize & work independently.
Self motivated and sales oriented attitude.
