Job Purpose
The member experience is what drives all operations at Affinity Credit Union. This role supports the ongoing administration of key marketing and channel deliverables that support internal resources and our member experience. Support, maintenance and reporting on both internal and external websites, digital signage and centralized inbox management would form part of your daily functions to ensure seamless operation.
Working Conditions
This position is expected to operate within a regional service delivery model which may require travel between locations. Other duties may be assigned outside the above job purpose provided the duties are normally associated with another position at the same or lower pay grade.
Minimum Qualifications
- Academic minimum of Grade XII or equivalent.
- Proficient knowledge of Word & Excel will be tested.
- Proficient in Powerpoint.
