The SCSA is seeking an energetic, positive and people oriented administrative professional to join the SCSA team as an Assistant Program Administrator.
About the Role:
As an Assistant Program Administrator, your role is responsible for administrative duties related to the support services required in administering the SCSAs major programs and safety related customer service to the membership and other identified customers.
Responsibilities:
*Provide superior customer service in all functions pertaining to administration of SCSA programs including registration, certification, participation and maintenance of SCSAs
programs.
*Data entry of information; maintenance of filing system.
*Assist the Program Administrator with tracking and coordinating the audit schedule.
*Assist in compiling program reports.
Qualifications:
*Strong interpersonal skills & customer first focus
*Post-secondary diploma or certificate related to office administration;
*Three years of related experience or a suitable combination of education and experience.
