We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Yorkton, SK.

Working with members of the Human Resources Department, the candidate will provide support for a range of human resources & administrative duties ensuring a quality service approach to all internal & external customers.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:  
-Assisting with day to day operations of the HR department
-Supporting recruiting activities
-Supporting managers in administration & scheduling of regularly occurring HR processes
-Facilitating new hire orientation & on-boarding requirements
-Assisting staff to interpret & implement HR/Organizational policies & procedures
-Attending & contributing in HR organizational meetings
-General HR administration such as filing, data entry, document preparation & distribution, legislative research, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Diploma or degree in a Human Resources or related field (business, commerce, etc) A combination of education & experience may be considered
-Candidate must be professional & be able to exercise discretion when handling confidential information
-Excellent customer service, interpersonal, verbal & written communication, & teamwork skills
-Attention to detail & organizational skills
-Knowledge of Employment Standards Act & legislation is beneficial
-Must be computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite & the Internet
-Valid drivers license & willingness to be flexible with hours as needed
