We are currently seeking a Nondestructive Examination I at our Belle Plaine, SK location. The successful candidate will conduct risk-based inspections on assets critical to the longevity of the plant and the safety of its people, and QA/QC inspections on repairs/new installations. This position will be heavily involved in learning and utilizing inspection technologies to accurately assess damage or improper repairs, while following all site policies and procedures.

What will you be working on?
* Perform risk-based non-destructive testing and inspection of quantitative assets on site, record information and disseminate reports through an established workflow system. Alert the lead inspector to safety concerns or failed equipment as soon as possible upon discovery.
* Cross train with QC inspectors on repairs and new installations. Come up with repair plans under the supervision of a more experienced inspector. Document findings as appropriate for future reference.
* Respond to reactive requests for inspection and document findings for future reference.
* Support Capital requests for information, inspection, etc.
* Participate in safety and training/professional development activities.

What is required for this role?
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Registration with Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) and one level 1 certificate will be considered an asset.
* 0 - 2 years of experience in an NDE role.
* Experience within Potash or similar industry considered an asset.
