The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a General Sales Manager for its Jubilee Ford dealership. We are looking for a person who is a dynamic leader, excels at team building as well as customer service, someone who is results oriented, motivated to succeed and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.
As the successful applicant you will:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in automotive sales
- A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a sales management role
- A Proven track record of being a leader and building a dynamic team
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Have effective problem solving and mediation skills
In this exciting role, you will:
- Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of the Sales department
- Provide leadership to the Sales department team to focus on creating the highest level of customer service
- Forecasts goals and objectives for units, gross, net sales and expenses on a monthly and annual basis
- Implement and advise the companys marketing strategy and business plans
- Review inventory daily to ensure proper mix of stock for maximum turnover efficiency
- Appraises customer trade-in vehicles and manages aging of inventory
- Assist with negotiation and closing of deals
- Monitor customer satisfaction rating for the dealership
- Address customer inquiries and attends quickly to customer concerns ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
- Provide sales team with up to date product and promotional information
- Hold daily sales meetings
- Ensures sales team is tracking and following up with customer leads
- Conduct daily training
- Assist sales persons in setting realistic monthly/yearly goals
