The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for an Assistant Sales Manager for Alfa Romeo of Saskatoon & Maserati of Saskatoon. We are looking for a person who is self-motivated, team oriented, who will excel at providing an amazing experience for our customers, someone who enjoys and thrives on a challenge and someone who will enjoy working in a family environment.

This unique role will be mentored by the General Manager with the goal of adding additional responsibilities in the future

As the successful applicant you will:
-    Have automotive sales experience
-    Be familiar with automotive financing
-    Have a solid understanding of manufacturers specifications
-    Possess excellent follow through and follow up skills
-    Have superior communication and customer service skills
-    Be analytical and detail oriented
-    Have effective problem solving and mediation skills
-    Be extremely organized

In this exciting role, you will:
-    Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
-    Assist customers who enter the dealership, answering their questions and help them select a vehicle that is right for their needs
-    Explain product performance, application and benefit to customers and describing all optional equipment available for customer purchase
-    Follow up on all post-delivery sales to ensure all customer expectations are met and satisfied
-    Work with General Manager to ensure individual and department sales goals are met
-    Maintain strong knowledge base of vehicle makes and models
-    Ensures the supply, ordering and acquiring of vehicle inventory matches business and customer needs
-    Appraises customer trade-in vehicles and manages aging of inventory
-    Assists with negotiation of deals
-    Monitors customer satisfaction rating for the dealership
-    Addresses customer inquiries and attends quickly to customer concerns ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained
