We are currently seeking a full time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Finance group. This is a full time position (40 hours) You will play an important role in our department, as an organized individual with strong communication skills. In addition, you are able to meet deadlines as well as pay strong attention to details. You have the ability to handle all activities diligently and in confidence. Experience in accounts receivable, Microsoft Office, and particularly Excel is necessary. Prior experience in the hospitality industry would be very beneficial, but is not mandatory. Specific duties to include, but are not limited to:
- process all accounts receivable transactions
- record deposits
- reconciling accounts receivable related accounts
- handle administrative duties
- cash reconciliation
- processing credit applications
-processing and mailing invoices.
-collections of aged receivable accounts.
-work closely with other departments
-handle customer related issues
