JOINT OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
RM of Miry Creek No. 229 and Village of Abbey

Responsible to the Administrator, the Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical support duties including but not restricted to filing, reception, payroll, accounts payable, correspondence, maintaining confidential records and files, and any other duties as may be prescribed by the Administrator.  

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of office administration procedures, excellent interpersonal and decision making skills, effective oral and written communication skills.  Personal attributes will include honesty, flexibility, and a sound work ethic.

This is a full time position that offers a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefit package.  Deadline for applications is June 2, 2017.  Start Date:  September 5, 2017.
