Job Summary:  Reporting to the Lead Hand- Powder Coating,The Prepper/Hanger will be responsible for prepping various parts prior to powder coating.

Overall Main Responsibilities:  
    Responsible for preparation of parts before the powder coating process
    Must be able to operate small air tools as sanders and grinders.
    To be able to repair and do preventive maintenance on equipment in the booth is an asset.
    To be a team player and assist co-workers when needed
    Keep work area clean, and organized at all times.

Knowledge Required:
    Must be able to understand instructions given in English.
    A combination of education and work experience in powder coating will be considered an asset.

Experience and Skills Required:  

The successful applicants must have a superior work ethic, excellent time management skills and a positive attitude. The work environment will include; working alone or as part of a team and following safe work practices. Advanced experience in the agricultural industry will be considered an asset in addition to any manufacturing related certifications. Wages for these positions will vary according to level of experience and qualifications.
