Weyburn Wor-Kin Shop Corp. is a non profit organization funded by the Ministry of Social Services, Community Living Division.

Our Vision is to provide an environment in which citizens experiencing the impact of intellectual disabilities can achieve their ideal quality of life.

You will work directly with our program participants in the centre, in the community and at other businesses to:
- Provide job coaching and employment skills in a variety of settings and environments
- Assist individuals to learn and grow, meeting their goals and dreams
- Follow program plans, consistent approaches and creative strategies
- Foster a relationship of trust, communication and understanding
- Encourage community understanding and inclusion

Our Day Program has openings for several summer students working Monday to Friday. No evenings or weekends.    

You are
- A student who was enrolled full time in the past year, and who will be returning to full time studies in September. (Mandatory Requirement)
- An enthusiastic and community-oriented person who is passionate about helping people of all abilities to thrive in our community
- Someone who treats all people with dignity and respect
- Adaptable to a changing work environment
- Someone who enjoys being physically active
