Description

The Medical Radiation Technologist - Mammography Specialty is responsible for delivering screening mammography to clients at the Screening Program for Breast Cancer. The Medical Radiation Technologist - Mammography Specialty reports to the Supervisor of Mammography, Screening Program for Breast Cancer.

Required Qualifications
Certification for Basic Life Saver (BLS)-C
Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology
Licensed with Saskatchewan Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (SAMRT)
Mammography Level 1 with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
Mammography Level 2 with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists is an asset
Membership with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT)

Ability and willingness to work cooperatively and effectively with SCA staff members and/or external partners.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers, patients/clients and/or the community.
Ability to interpret detailed information and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
