Driver Educator (Swift Current Area)

The Chinook School Division is looking for an individual who would be interested in becoming a Driver Educator for the Chinook School Division in the Swift Current area starting September 5, 2017.  

Duties/Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Superintendent of Schools and will be responsible for helping to deliver the Driver's Education Program to the students of the Chinook School Division.

The successful candidate will have a commitment to the vision, mission, principles and goals of the Chinook School Division.

Desired Qualifications:

** A High School Driver Education Instructor's Certificate would be preferred
** A valid class V driver's license and proof of passing all necessary class IV examinations
** Willingness to be trained if more qualifications are needed
** Ability to work with students in a classroom and car setting
** A clean driver's abstract
** A certificate of health
** Experience in a classroom in Saskatchewan
** Effective interpersonal and communication skills
** Ability to work as a team member
