Excavator Operator Needed

Looking for an experienced hoe operator, experience as a lead hoe for water and sewer work would be ideal. We are looking for an operator who also has a 1A license and is able to perform multiple duties as an operator on the sites.  We do not have any interest in an operator who is unwilling to get out of the chair and help out on the site as necessary.  We are building a solid team of hard workers who are all willing to do what is needed to get the job done and work together well as a group.  If you do not fit into this role and are willing to go above and beyond to complete the work in our shorter construction seasons you're not the candidate for us.  If this sounds like you and you're looking for a place of employment that is willing to treat you as well as you're willing to treat them then you're the operator we are looking for.  

The position is guaranteed seasonal and if you become a key member of our staff will extend into a full-time role, wage will vary depending on the experience of the candidate.



2 years experience as an operator and a decent driver's abstract are minimum requirements for applying.  If you have less than this and are extremely talented and hard working we may consider that as well.

Duties and Requirements
-    Ground disturbance, WHMIS and First Aid an asset, willing to train
-    Able to do fine grading and finishing
-    Complete regular maintenance checks
-    Travel may be required out in and out of the city to jobs sites
-    Team player and willing to work with other people
-    Other tasks as assigned and required
