Summer Student JobThe Moose Jaw Multicultural Council Daycare is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and hard working student to join our team as a temporary full time Early Childhood Educator for the summer months.
Must be a full time student planning on returning to school on a full time basis in the fall.
Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a current criminal record check, and current First Aid/CPR at their own expense.
Applicants will be working with children 18 months to 9 years, and will be responsible for the planning, supervision, and the holistic care of the children.

Early Childhood Education Skills
- Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art, dramatic play and music
- Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities, field trips and special activities
- Plan and develop child care and nursery school programs
- Assess the developmental level of children
Additional Skills
- Assist in housekeeping duties
Early Childhood Educator Assistant Skills
- Prepare and serve snacks
- Guide children in development of proper eating, dressing and toilet habits
- Bathe, diaper and feed infants and toddlers
