The Office Relief Worker is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Clerk in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities will include:
1.Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Hamlet Office.
2.Process financial transactions associated with municipal utilities and services in order to ensure the Hamlets finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
3.Perform clerical duties in order to maintain Hamlet administration.
4.Perform other related duties as required.
