Delta Aggregates, a subsidiary of Consolidated Construction Company Ltd., is currently seeking a skilled Concrete Plant Coordinator to supervise the day-to-day activities at the concrete plant in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Concrete Coordinator is responsible for optimizing the performance of the plant and team, in terms of productivity, quality, and just-in-time delivery. To do this, you will provide direction and guidance to plant employees and implement the use of new technologies, as directed. You will also foster a positive work environment and maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.

To qualify for this role, you will have the following:

* 3-5 years of experience in the concrete industry, working in a similar role
* Knowledge of concrete materials and industry
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* High School Diploma or G.E.D.
* Valid Class 5 driver's license (Class 3 or 1 preferred)
