Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
This role is working in the Banking Pavilion within the store. It is a sales role for someone with banking knowledge products. there is a robust training program before they start. Must be flexible to work evenings and weekends - when the store is open. they may often be working on site alone.
In Store Sales & Service
Create a positive customer experience by welcoming customers to the pavilion, being visible and accessible to customers at all times
Proactively engage in discussions with new and existing customers to prospect new business and promote the sale of products and services, call customers to acquire new business.
Uncover customer financial needs, link customer needs to credit and investment solutions that meet customer goals
Recommend financial solutions using the appropriate tools (e.g. Financial Health Check), promote and describe product features and benefits
Complete sales and service activities in adherence with established policies and procedures, submit and record sales using appropriate systems and processes
Build and execute a daily and weekly action plan to achieve financial sales targets including blocking time for proactive customer calls, preparing for meetings, using financial planning tools (e.g. Financial Health Check ) to uncover customer needs
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner, resolve and escalate customer concerns to appropriate area to address the concerns
Skills required
Developed computer literacy and knowledge of PC software (e.g. Windows, Compass, FHC etc.) to access and record customer information, to complete sales and servicing activities and to access performance related information for the pavilion
Developed interactive/ presentation skills sufficient to convey both factual and conceptual information requiring detailed explanation and interpretations to staff and customers
