Bolt FM and discoverhumboldt.com has an exciting opportunity for one lucky candidate, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant, for a one year maternity term position. This is a great opportunity for you to get your feet wet in our industry, earn valuable experience, and potential to earn a permanent position. This is position that will consist of many different duties including: Order entering, scheduling, filing, processing invoices, dictation and reception, building sales presentations. Working with announcers on contests and helping the sales team plan upcoming meetings. This position is extremely diverse as there is everything from event planning to building on air promotions.

No experience necessary. We are willing to train the right person for this unique, fun and fast pace opportunity.
