Rock & Bloom is a brand and marketing firm located in Saskatoon looking to hire a talented Marketing Strategist for our growing team.

As a successful candidate for the Marketing Strategist position, you are a whiz with analytics, passionate about business and have a real entrepreneurial spirit. You are someone who considers the Why when working on a project and takes satisfaction in creating success for a clients business.

Responsibilities:
-Analyze and review client campaign successes
-Strategize and plan new campaigns
-Work with the R&B team to conceptualize and execute creative solutions
-Create monthly status reports for clients
-Develop internal marketing projects
-Be comfortable working closely with a tight-knit cross-functional team

Skills and Qualifications:
-An unrelenting passion for branding & business
-Be able to create killer reports & case studies
-Analytics, spreadsheets, numbers in general are your kung fu
-Experience in developing and executing marketing strategy
-Experience with digital advertising
-Business degree or relevant experience

How to Really Impress Us:
-Google AdWords certified
-Have run multiple Facebook campaigns
-Have developed annual marketing strategies
-Be a natural born problem solver
-Demonstrated creative side (maybe you paint, photoshop, draw, write, anything)
-Light programming skills (html, css, javascript)
