We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent, Corporate Paralegal to join our Regina team. As the successful candidate you are detail oriented, organized, reliable, independent, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a focus on client service, a professional attitude and a genuine passion to go above and beyond.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic, busy desk.

Duties include: preparation of corporate documents, maintaining Minute Books and corporate seals, preparation of shareholder agreements, PPR searches, due diligence searches, annual returns, corporate registrations, client correspondence in relation to various matters, and communicating directly with clients. Administrative duties include: file opening, organization, billing, maintenance, research and time entry.
