Description

Experienced administrative assistant required for a busy property management company.  

This full-time position consists of reception duties, composing correspondence, preparing mail-outs, assisting with accounting and data entry and various other administrative duties.  

The successful applicant will be dependable, possess the ability to multi-task and be able to take initiative.  Application MUST have experience in Microsoft Word and Excel and some Simply Accounting knowledge would be an asset.
