Con-Tech, a Saskatoon based commercial builder, is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to our growing company. Con-Tech takes pride in promoting a team approach to ensuring that our projects are completed safely, on time, on budget and with excellent quality.
We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in all aspects of the commercial building process. The successful candidate will show that they are a team player while working with fellow employees, promoting positive relationships with customers, and professionally interacting with consultants. The Project Manager will be integral in the planning and execution of each commercial construction project under their direction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the project financials relating to contracts, change orders, invoicing and billings
Manage multiple building projects of varying size and scope at any given time
Develop and implement each project plan through collaboration with the estimator and site manager
Manage all communications relating to project site instructions, submittals, inspection reports and drawings
Monitor project progress in relation to budget and schedule
Maintain a positive relationship with the customer
Work to resolve disputes by seeking win/win solutions whenever possible
