Job Duties:
Contributing in the implementation of sales & marketing strategies and develop E-Commerce strategies
Supporting the owner in overseeing the companys operations
Organizing and attending sale activities or events to promote brand awareness
Plan promotional campaigns for products on a variety of media
Liaise with oversea ad local vendors to enhance the companys presence
Identifies areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy and promotional activities
Prepare content for the publication of sales & marketing material and oversee distribution
Maintain the companys budget and ensures all sales & marketing activities are cost effective
Monitors marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed
Qualifications:
Outstanding leadership and staff management abilities
Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
Proven record of related work experience in sales & trade supervisor or similar roles
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Solid knowledge of sales techniques and principles
Excellent knowledge of Windows and computer software
Creativity and commercial awareness
Outstanding player with a customer oriented approach
College/University degree in sales or marketing, Business Administration or relevant fields
