CORE Industrial Services requires a Civil/Earthwork/Road Construction Site Supervisor reporting to our Site Project Manager for multiple Saskatchewan work locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Must be safety orientated;
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to multi-task;
- Effective communication skills to manage a skilled work crew, subcontractors and all stakeholders;
- Ensure that the project meets all quality & specifications;
- Problem solver to ensure project meets target schedule and budget;
- Completion of daily reporting eg. timesheets and field reports requirements daily with the Project Manager and discuss potential change management concerns;
- Issue requisitions for all materials coming to the project;
- Maintain project sites safe & orderly as per all applicable safety regulations;
- Conduct tool box meetings with safety officer.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of related civil infrastructure including earthwork, road construction supervision;
- Must be willing to travel to various worksites within Saskatchewan;
- Experience operating Heavy Equipment;
- Knowledge of computer applications and office reporting procedures;
