Key Position Functions:
-Provide effective leadership and communication for Branch employees with respect to meeting Wellhead Business Unit goals and objectives, building a strong commitment to customer service and maintaining a positive and effective work environment.
-Ensure Branch activities are operating in support of business goals and objectives, and in compliance with Company policies and procedures, and applicable legislation.
-Oversee daily operations of Branch ensuring efficient use of company resources and personnel, and consistent application of Company procedures/processes.
-Maintain regular communication with Senior Manager concerning opportunities and challenges with Branch operations or within sales territory.
-Ensure positive customer relations by meeting customer expectations, addressing customer concerns, and by making direct contact with customers as required.

Qualifications and Experience:
-7  10 years comprehensive oilfield experience; A Post Secondary Diploma/Degree is an asset.
-Past Supervisory or management experience is required.
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills  excellent communication, ability to influence, and remain resilient in the face of challenges.
-Ability to prioritize and effectively respond to competing demands for resources.
-Ability to delegate and motivate others
Comprehensive knowledge of Stream-Flo equipment and the wellhead service industry.
-Good written and oral communication skills.
-Strong customer service skills.
-Self motivated, good organizational abilities, and able to work independently.
-Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
